NOW... AND ALWAYS
It's a phrase that can describe a whole host of truths about the life of faith: the presence and power of the Lord, His care and consolations - they are eternally present but must be felt in the moment; they are always at hand, but we have to experience them in the now.
It's a phrase that perfectly describes the life of a growing church, too. There are needs that we have right now that, by God's grace, we will always have: the need for more studies, the need for bigger spaces, the need for better parking and improved resources, and the need for different ways to get involved. It's an amazing and humbling problem to have: as we have grown deeper in our commitment to being the church Christ has called us to be, we have grown wider, too. Our involvement numbers across every ministry in the church have simply exploded. And for as wonderful a problem that it is, it's still a problem - an "always problem" that needs to be addressed now.
Here you will be introduced to the needs we're currently facing and our best plans for addressing them - getting serious about meeting the needs we have now while preparing ourselves to meet the needs we anticipate in the future. It is our prayer that you will find your soul stirred an your heart ablaze with excitement as you consider all the possibilities that lie ahead of us and that you'll begin discerning your place in them, too.
Sanctuary Renovation
Expansion allows for others to find their place in this ministry.
The plan calls for expanding the choir loft, orchestra space, and the chancel/platform while also creating new production spaces for our teams to use. In addition, this concept makes the chancel area fully accessible to those with mobility issues.
Future Generations
WC Kids Ministry Continues To Grow
Our WC Kids Ministry has seen exciting and unprecedented growth over the last couple of years. In fact, we’ve welcomed over 150 new families in just the last 12 months. With your help, when our Student Ministry is relocated to their new facility, WC Kids will expand into the second floor of the current Student Education Building – nearly doubling their ministry space!
